Problem Solving Huddle

You've got one problem that's costing you time, money, or both, and you don't want to sit on it for another month. The Problem Solving Huddle is a live, one hour group session where you sit down with a small group of business owners and work through real fixes to real problems, together.

Come in already knowing what's broken and how urgent it is. If you haven't done that yet, grab our free SORT Method Worksheet and run through Spot It and Order It on your own first, it only takes a few minutes. Bring that problem to the huddle, and we'll spend the hour on the R, Repair It: root cause, the actual fix, who owns it, and how you'll know it worked.

Direct, one on one time with us usually runs $500 to $2,000 an hour. This is $150 for the hour, in a small group setting, so you get real, live problem solving without the one on one price tag.

Seats are limited to keep the group small enough to actually work through everyone's problem. Your spot is fully confirmed once your payment is verified on our end. If anything looks off with your receipt, we'll reach out before your session date. Otherwise, go ahead and consider your time reserved once you book.
